Kromatik®, as defined below, warrants all Kromatik® branded products against visual defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of 14 days ("Inspection Period") from the date of the original invoice. If a product appearance defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Inspection Period, at its option Kromatik will either (1) repair the product defect at no charge, using new materials or materials equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. All finished product defect claims must be submitted within 14 days from original invoice date.

Each Kromatik® branded finished product is manufactured from the highest quality raw materials available to ensure an unparalleled quality standard. Each raw material maintains individual durability specifications, usage requirements, and product warranties. Product warranty bulletins are available upon request.

Kromatik® warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and manufacture at the time of shipment and to meet the specifications stated in each Product Bulletin. Kromatik® will replace or refund the purchase price of any Kromatik® materials that do not meet this warranty within the specified time periods of each individual product. These remedies are exclusive. In no case shall Kromatik® be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including any labor or other charges for materials not supplied by or manufactured by Kromatik®.

This warranty only applies to graphic products that are used by knowledgeable and skilled graphics installers for the end uses and in the combinations described in the applicable Kromatik® Product and Instruction Bulletins. For any other use, the user is responsible for determining the suitability of the product and for any and all risk or liability associated with that use or application.

This warranty does not cover products or finished graphics that are modified or damaged through improper storage, misuse, abuse, accident, vandalism, neglect or mishandling of products by any person.

This warranty does not cover the graphic or damage to the substrate because the layers of the substrate separate due to a lower bond between those layers than the bond between the graphic and the top layer of the substrate.

Depending on the size of your graphic coverage and whether you installed your products with a vertical exposure or a non-vertical exposure, the angle of exposure can greatly affect the service life of your products. Vertical exposure is defined as products that are installed on a surface that is at 90 to 75 degrees. Non-vertical exposure is defined as products that are installed on a surface that is at 75 to 0 degrees. Kromatik® does not warranty products that are installed on a surface with non-vertical exposure.

Some degradation of materials and graphics over time is considered normal wear. Kromatik® warrants that at the end of the warranty period, the graphics will be in commercially-acceptable service condition from normal viewing distances.

This warranty does not cover glass breakage.
