Return Policies
Return Requests:
To start a return request please email us at customercare@kromatik.com, include your original Sales Order number for reference and a list of the items and quantities that you're requesting to return. We will review your request and when it's approved we will email you a Return Authorization document to be included in the return package(s) for proper credit and identification.
Return Privileges:
Stock (non-customized or non-branded) items can be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date. All items must be unused and in perfect condition without creases, folds, wrinkles, tears or blemishes. Final return qualification will be decided upon receipt and inspection of items. Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized, branded or special-order items.
If you ordered in error:
Stock (non-customized or non-branded) items can be returned within 14 days from the original invoice date to receive a full credit - customer pays freight. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days from the original invoice date.
If we shipped your order in error:
Items returned within 14 days from the original invoice date will qualify for a full credit and prepaid freight back to us. All items returned after 14 days from the original invoice date will incur a 15% restocking fee and the customer pays freight. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on items shipped in error after 30 days from the original invoice date.
